Hi, I'm Kristal
I am a wife and a mother to a beautiful baby girl! We relocated to Tallahassee from Olympia, WA in April of 2019. After spending 17 years in my husband’s hometown in the PNW, we decided it was time for some new adventures and lots of sunshine!
I received my training at Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma, WA. Whether it's for relaxation or therapeutic, massage therapy can help relieve tension and anxiety, reduce stress, improve sleep, help increase overall health and balance within the body, as well as many other benefits. Being an adventurer and an outdoor enthusiast, this plays an essential role in helping me achieve my goals and to live my best life.
